Imagine . . . A Stronger America reinforced along every dimension of national strength including our effectiveness in the world, our economy, access to education and health care. Where federal policy acts to strengthen communities rather than bankrupt them. Where economic policy, energy policy, and environmental policy work together to protect our environment as a vital pillar of our national strength.

Imagine . . . Broad Prosperity encouraged by financial markets, labor markets, and markets for American products and services constructed for the greatest possible benefit.

Imagine . . . Mutual Responsibility, recognizing that we are all in this together, that our nation rises and falls as one body, that we must offer hope and help to all so that prosperity and peace will enrich each of our lives.

Imagine . . . Effective Government that builds public infrastructure and helps people transition into the global economy through training, small business support, rational immigration policies and responsible trade agreements. That operates out in the open rather than behind doors closed to all but a chosen few.

Imagine . . . Hope for a better future created by rejecting the culture of despair, fear, and anxiety.

All of this awaits us on the other side of this year's elections. It is a future in which we will achieve

  • change in priorities where people come before special interests
  • change in direction that leads us away from recession, war, environmental destruction, and priviliges for the few, to a new direction leading to strength, prosperity, and peace; and
  • change in representation and leadership where holders of elective office recognize the honor of serving their fellow Americans and honor the needs and interests of all people.

I have spent a lifetime managing change through tumultuous times and leveling the playing field for folks left behind to fend for themselves. With your support, I will fulfill our shared need for energetic, effective representation and I will level the playing field for all of us.
